The Trophy Wives Club

So, I’m on a mission….to read more often…. It was a New Year’s Resolution that I made.

But you know people never stick to them longer than a month or so….

We just keep a GOOD thought about it…..

We’ll I’ve 3 since New Year’s! My goal was 15 this year. I realize that’s not a lot to most people, but it is to me! I usually only read gossip magazines and the newspaper! So, 15 books is A LOT!
I went to Barnes & Noble last Sunday afternoon to get coffee on my way to see a friend and I thought I would browse the Christian fiction section. I love Beth Moore and Eric & Leslie Ludy books, so I asked an young lady what she suggested and she pointed to any book written by Kristen Billerbeck. I had heard of her books, but never read any of them. So she handed me The Trophy Wives Club, I read the back and bought it. I finished all 270+ pages in 3 days! For someone that is not a reader, I felt that was quick to read a book. I couldn’t put it down. I highly recommend her books, I have purchased another book from her this weekend, and I hope to begin reading it tonight and finish by the end of the week.
